The initiation of MasterSystem Technologies was incentivized by the mass abuse of fleets on PNG’s National Highway. The lack of technology infrastructure saw companies lose millions each year from the misuse of vehicles. MasterSystem aimed to give that control back to local companies with a solution that would not only manage their vehicles but produce a high return on investment.
We developed and implemented a vehicle tracking system to solve the predominant issue of vehicle tracking, and in doing so, we subsequently uncovered a market for a variety of fleet and fuel management opportunities. We have since gone from strength to strength, broadening our horizons on technologically advanced solution-based services.
Our focus has been on identifying the needs of all sectors in the local market, with a view to sourcing “global” market-tested solutions, by which to customize and implement accordingly to PNG requirements. We have engineered our products and services with excellence and safety, efficiency, and reliability – the quality of our production as our priority. The drive to provide solutions in PNG has pushed us to new heights in terms of technological advancements. Our satisfaction comes from building state of the art, and advanced solutions for our clients to ensure the longevity of a prosperous nation.
Starting from humble beginnings, our business based has developed exponentially throughout the years. Originating with our focus on the transport sector, we maintained a coverage of up to 90% of commercial fleet on the Highlands Highway. We then expanded into retail and general, commercial fleet, and are continuously expanding our coverage regionally throughout Papua New Guinea.
The fundamentals of our business is to ensure that our clientele are able to manage their fleet in accordance with specified safety and operational policies, as well as enforced procedural care at all times. This ensures the longevity of fleet assets, the safety of personnel, and the security of tools and equipment involved.
MST has expanded into the security and control of fuel though tracking and monitoring procedural operations. This is a solution-based focus on controlling fleet operation costs, as fuel is a major principal are of cost excess through mismanagement and shrinkage. With an average savings of up to 35% of fuel cost excess being brought to light through our services, the implemented management of our clients fleet is an essential security measure necessary in maintaining the longevity in local business.
